Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in managing full sets of accounts independently (BS, P&L, GL, AR, AP, Cashflow, Assets, Payroll & Budgeting) and consolidation account
- Maintain subsidiary ledgers (i.e. Fixed Asset Register), reconcile with general ledger control figures.
- Processing of invoices, prepare cheque payments and billing
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Able to handle full set of computerised accounts (QNE Accounting System)
- Prepare management reports
- Entering data of receipts, payments and invoices
- Ensure accuracy in preparing monthly cash flow reports
- Processing HR administration (letter of appointment, induction form, etc)
- Part of migration of system beforehand
- Any other administrative matter
- Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
