Maha Yu Yi Pte Ltd is a Chinese retail bookshop located at Bras Basah Complex.

We supply books to National Library, preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, international schools and institutes of higher learning. Our bookstore carries a wide range of Chinese books for children, teenagers and adults.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle sales inquiries and preparation of quotation and order forms
- Identifying opportunities for new business through following up on leads and target customers
- Planning and organisation of bookfairs, events and workshops in schools
- Identify service and product improvements by remaining current on industry trends and market activities
- Design of posters, flyers, newsletter for bookfairs, events, bookstore and online
- Promote our bookstore and products in social media
- Assist in retail bookstore

**Requirements**:

- Billingual in Chinese & English with ability to prepare marketing materials in both Chinese and English.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organize and independent
- Diligent with good attitude
- Passionate about promoting Chinese culture

**Additional Information**:

- Store Operating Hours : 10:30am~6:30pm (Mon~Thu); 10:30am~7pm(Fri & Sat); 11am~7pm (Sun & PH)
- School Book Fair Operating Hours: Varies. Could be around 8am to 4pm
- 6 workdays per week
- Nearest MRT Station - Bugis / City Hall / Bras Basah
