**What we’re looking for**
- Develop and oversee commodity futures and financial derivatives hedging strategies, initiate, and manage physical and financial positions for profit;
- Manage price exposure for trading positions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key trading counterparties and internal stakeholders;
- Develop and execute business stretegies;
- Determine the business plan, set up the business management and operation system of the company and make proper improvement to provide the business operations with sufficient resources;
- Responsible for determining the annual financial budget plans, profit allocation and deficit coverage plans;
- Develop a healthy corporate culture and strengthen the company brand image;
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business/Commercial or a related field;
- Proven trading experience in both financial derivatives and physical commodity trading;
- Proven experience in managerial positions;
- Full understanding of regional and global trading and related businesses;
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans;
- Able to use English and Mandarin as working language;
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and leadership skills;
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with growth mindset;
- Teamworker, having cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multicultural, high-paced and dynamic environment.
