**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including brewing tea, cooking pearls, and crafting drinks according to company standards and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as cashiering, setting up equipment or cleaning.
- Ensure the right cash float amount for opening and closing cashier.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments accurately.
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.
- Handle membership, online ordering enquiries and discrepancies.
- Follow operational procedures, such as shift handovers and reporting issues to supervisors.
- Ensure knowledge of menu items and stay updated on promotions, seasonal items, or changes to the menu.
- Support promotional activities or events when needed.
- Handle feedback or complaints in a professional manner, escalating them to management if necessary.
- Maintain quality control to ensure consistency in taste and presentation of cakes, teas and toppings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment, utensils, workstations and dining areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards as required by Singapore regulations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Uphold company policies and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Dispose of waste properly and perform regular deep cleaning tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required, training will be provided.
- Applicants with basic food hygiene certification is preferred.
- Friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
