Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier coordination to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure the store adheres to health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and quality control.
- Ensure the right cash float amount for opening and closing cashiers.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments accurately.
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members, including baristas and customer service staff.
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales performance and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage cash handling, including opening and closing procedures and daily reconciliation.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Support promotional activities or events when needed.
- Handle feedback or complaints in a professional manner, escalating them to management if necessary.
- Maintain quality control to ensure consistency in taste and presentation of cakes, teas and toppings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment, utensils, workstations and dining areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards as required by Singapore regulations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Uphold company policies and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Assign team members to work stations and collaborate with them to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Dispose of waste properly and perform regular deep cleaning tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service or retail and managing a team is preferred.
- Applicants with basic food hygiene certification are preferred.
- Friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
