**Responsibilities**
- Risk monitoring of clients’ accounts, monitor trades to ensure compile with Group Compliance Policy and MAS Regulation.
- Handle and execute voice orders for FX and CFD products.
- Analyze market activity and monitor market trends.
- Daily management of spot/swap spreads to maximize client flows
- Perform shift and end-of-day reporting
- Perform duties independently at night to service clients’ orders
- Monitor daily profit, loss and positions in the trading book, and form strategies to manage associated financial risks.
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Operations) to facilitate execution of clients’ orders
- Participate in system development and testing projects
- Assist with the opening of new client’ accounts when necessary
- Prepare and process daily operation documents and various internal reports for the department
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time (ad hoc assignment is required if necessary)

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Degree holder in Finance / Statistics / Financial Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in relevant dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms
- Willing to work night shift and public holidays
- Good Command of spoken & written in Chinese, and English
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, interpersonal skills, independent and detail-minded
