What are we looking for?
The purpose of the Operator & Landlord Solutions Team is to be an integral part of solutions delivered for flex (serviced) Clients. The team plays a key role in consulting on, and leveraging market relationships, enabling our sales teams to deliver the best flex solutions for our clients through market coverage and data, underpinned by the breakthrough insights and expert market knowledge and supply side relationships.
The role of the Senior Manager, Operator Account is to help lead all operator driven activity in the Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Hong Kong SAR), as well as aligning with relevant team resources in the US, EMEA & APAC regions.
What will you be responsible for?
This role is responsible for working with the Executive Director of Operator & Landlord Solutions, and the wider Operator & Landlord Solutions Team Globally, to develop and implement the strategy for supply partnerships focusing on breakthrough insights, bigger relationships & solutions delivered.
Key responsibilities across our strategic drivers:
Breakthrough Insights:
- Working alongside all sales teams to help on client requirements, challenges, and objectives and building market knowledge & insight to help develop flex solutions for our clients.
Leading, alongside the Global Head of Content, ongoing onboarding of Global Top 20 Operators to deliver semi-automated content, availability, pricing & deal reporting driving improved data quality, completeness and regular updates allowing Instant to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
- Compiling competitor intelligence to inform Instant’s sales efforts and enable improved sales process and performance with partners.
- Helping to drive optimisation of The Instant Group’s re-launched Operator Portal, therefore achieving improved market coverage, data capture, self-service from key partners as well as driving onboarding from the researched database.
- Continuing to drive the onboarding of Global & Regional Top 20 Operators, and beyond, to deliver semi-automated content, availability, pricing & deal reporting driving improved data quality, completeness and regular updates allowing Instant to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
- Liaising with Operators and Landlords to build intelligence which is used to build Instant's knowledge and insight to enhance sales opportunities.
- Contributing to the creation of internal market insight newsletters with key industry news to arm our sales teams with information and insight.
- Targeting potential operators to identify possible future partnerships - providing an understanding of Instant’s proposition and developing relationships with the key decision makers in the business.
Bigger Relationships:
- Developing & growing existing key strategic partner relationships (Global Top 20 Operators & Landlords) through proactive account management.
- Meeting regularly with operator accounts face to face or via video calls to ensure regular contact and communication.
- Engaging the sales teams with operators through meetings, webinars, product offering knowledge and ensuring the relationships are strong between sales and supply partners.
- Sourcing emerging operators and entrants into the flex market, discovering new insight opportunities and highlighting to the content team
- Identifying the areas of business Instant can support the Operators in growing their businesses.
