**Responsibilities**
- **Project Management**_
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- **Develop project plans, budgets - including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.**:

- Track expenses, negotiate contracts, and procure necessary materials or services.
- **Identify & monitor potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.**:

- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- **Establish quality control processes, conduct inspections, and facilitate testing or evaluation activities as required.**:

- Engage with project sponsors, clients, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- **Foster positive relationships to promote project success.**:

- Optimize space allocation, oversee office relocations, and coordinate renovations or remodeling projects.
- **Facilities Management**_
- Maintains oversight on all daily operations and maintenance all facilities/equipments, including repairs, inspections, plans/schedules & ensures alignment to organisational strategy.
- Reviews the organisational policies to ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate measures.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness for emergencies or crises.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and senior management to address facilities-related needs and ensure effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Expected to travel occasionally to project locations.
- Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
- At least Diploma/ Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in leading a team.

**Salary**

$4,000 - $4,800
