The Accounts Coordinator is responsible to perform receiving tasks, checking both quality and quantity to ensure compliance with FSMS policies and managing the beverage store to ensure sufficient inventory for operations.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Perform checking on incoming food and non-food items to ensure compliance and group policies - includes food temperature and quantity of items received
- Daily scanning of all incoming invoices into the system.
- Daily posting of goods receipts into system.
- Reject goods that do not meet hotel's policies by raising proper rejection form.
- For Goods rejected or PO related issues arising from pricing or quantity discrepancy, work closely with Central Purchasing at Shared Services to amend the PO on daily basis.
- Manage the beverage store to ensure there are sufficient stocks for operations.
- Perform month end beverage stock count for all beverage stores
- Support and ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in new processes and system implementations when required.
