
Telesales (Construction Sector)

**Responsibilities**:
- To achieve sales target set by management.
- Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales.
- Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
- Identify new potential customers and set approach strategies for maximizing profits
- Provide after sales service, resolve issues, problem solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Business and market development of new market entries and domestic market and actively search for new and upcoming projects
- Actively make cold call to establish new customer relationships.
- Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
- Report to Sales Manager about goals, sales, and prospects
- 2-3 years proven work experience as a sales executive and possess excellent communication, negotiation, strong analytical and time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in the construction worker supply industry/ building Construction industry / engineering background would be an advantage
