About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients and introducing our services.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects from provided lead lists.\Component
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and consultants.\Component
  • Follow up on missed calls and maintain regular engagement.\Component
  • Achieve monthly appointment-setting and call activity targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing leads and converting them into appointments.\Component
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.\Component
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions.
\Component

Requirements include:

\ComponentEssential:\Component
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.\Component
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service.\Component
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.\Component
  • Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude.
\ComponentPreferred:\Component
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.\Component
  • Proven success in appointment setting or lead generation.
