A leading and dynamic French organization is looking for a Coordinator with Sales & Marketing scope to join their Travel Retail team handling the fragrance business in Asia Pacific.
- Coordinator of the entire promotion planning and execution progress.
- Responsible for creating planogram to be disseminated to retailers and to ensure the adherence.
- Plan, submit visual request for all counters update based on new launches, guidelines and coordinate with suppliers on proper implementation.
- Work closely with internal team to ensure counter merchandising materials are shipped for new launches or counter setup.
- Check to ensure proper use and display is implemented on-counter.
- Assist in counter POSM tools planning, when required.
- Consolidate sales data from customers and update monthly master sales reports.
- Fully responsible on accuracy and timely update of all master reports.
- Assist in generation of reports.
- Work with Managers to prepare and submit listing proposals.
- Organize information for in-flight catalogue printing upon confirmation of proposal by the airline agents.
- Review advertising proposal request from agents with Managers.
- Check listed items’ details are provided and published accurately on airlines’ platforms.
- Track sales performance and compile results in master report.
- Introduce new products to agents during trade show, if required.
- Assist in general enquiries from airline agencies.
- Filling and submission of documents/forms requested by retailers for new SKU creation or account opening.
- Assisting in updating of templates for dissemination to distributors and retailers.
- Arrange lab samples, pre-series and color proof to be delivered to suppliers, distributors and retailers.
- Arrange BA quarterly product allowance to be delivered to retailers/BAs.
- Assist in seminar or events preparation whenever required.
- Production and tracking of yearly BA uniform, when required.
- Assist in trade seminar or events preparation whenever required.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned, whenever required.

**Requirements**:

- Good team player, well-organised, meticulous, responsible and proactive.
- Good coordination and communication skills and is able to multi-task.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word and internet/social media savvy.
