An exciting opportunity to join an PaaS Space

My client is currently looking for a Founding Engineer to join the exciting and dynamic team

We provide a comprehensive suite of resources, including computing orchestration, storage, GPU support, pre-made components, training tools, and performance optimization solutions.

Our backend primarily utilizes Python and Go, with opportunities for developers proficient in languages like Rust.

**What will you do?**
- Collaborate on developing the orchestration backend platform utilizing Terraform, Python, and Ansible to streamline operations.
- Spearhead backend initiatives focused on scheduling, training, and hosting models for inference tasks.
- Engage closely with design partners to gather requirements and integrate feedback into our software solutions.
- Drive automation efforts for managing bare-metal servers, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to adjacent open-source projects, particularly in automation, security, and networking realms, including but not limited to OpenTelemetry, Terraform, Docker, LXC, and WireGuard.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience

**Experience with the following is a plus**:

- Experience with Docker, containerization, virtualization, and/or microservice architecture.
- Proficiency in designing distributed, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.
- Familiarity with public clouds such as AWS. Utilization of automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Knowledge of Postgres or RDBMS databases. Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of machine learning pipelines. Expertise in Linux, Linux-Kernel, drivers, and performance tuning
