**The role**:
We care deeply about mentoring our engineers and finding opportunities for you to grow, and work on what you have the most energy and enthusiasm for.
- Enjoys thinking from the user’s perspective. You're interested in the idea of sharing early prototypes with users and tracking usage to gauge success.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience with full-stack development (Python, Javascript - React.js, Node.js, Next.js)
- Experience working on GraphQL and REST web services
- A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (e.g. how the browser parses and constructs a web page)
- Proficiency with English, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in an asynchronous work environment
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
