
Personal Assistant and Office Admin

You will support the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, onboarding and separation, learning and development, and administrative support.
Provides secretarial support to shareholders such as managing calendars & meetings, scheduling and organising appointments & engagements, business/personal travel arrangements, filing of expense claims etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, both onsite or via online.
- Screen calls and take messages professionally, and ensure queries and requests are handled promptly.
- Arrange & co-ordinate travel arrangements, including visa and accommodations, for both business and personal travels.
- Running errands and support events where necessary
- Performing other secretarial tasks as entrusted
**Qualifications**
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in diary management
- Proficient in related clerical skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fresh grads encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required
