You will be part of the Digitalisation and Data Analytics team within HSA’s Strategy and Business Transformation Department. This team manages HSA’s digitalisation and data analytics initiatives to achieve HSA’s transformation outcome of “a lean, agile and digital organisation that meets our stakeholders’ needs”.
- Assist the Chief Digitalisation Strategy Officer and HSA Chief Data Officer to drive HSA’s digitalization and data analytics strategy and plans.
- Liaise with MOH and WOG Central Agencies on HSA’s digitalization and data analytics plans and reporting of key performance indicators.
- Work with stakeholders, including vendors, on various digitalisation initiatives, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Support the HSA’s divisions needs for data and analysis to enhance business operations and programmes.
- Drive change by managing training and outreach initiatives and encouraging stakeholders to embrace digital transformation.
- Support secretariat functions at decision-making forums and senior management meetings.
