Our Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their marketing strategies, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth, continually looking for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
- Trusted partner to cross-functional teams (including Product, Sales, Client Solutions, Marketing Science) to identify and scope out growth opportunities in assigned verticals and performance advertisers, develop marketing plan to unlock growth.
- Design and lead external and internal scaled campaigns across APAC, own the overarching strategy and measurable KPIs, and leverage insights from market research and campaign performance. Partner and collaborate with other marketing leads globally in order to scope out projects to deliver better synergy.
- Knowing the broader ecosystem of media solutions inside-out (Measurement and Performance), understand latest trends and challenges in the industry in order to strategically elevate our messaging frameworks into clear, concise and easy to understand B2B language.
- Develop thought leadership to inspire the industry on how to better measure and reach their marketing objectives on TikTok. Lead taskforces that comprise the wider marketing team to lead the execution of comprehensive marketing plans including internal social, PR, and web properties, and externally through industry engagements
- Empower teams to deliver industry narratives, marketing content, industry reports to articulate TikTok's value proposition to advertisers. Ensuring standards as well as delivering measurable revenue impact. Work with senior leadership to develop external key messages to be amplified across industry events, partner meetings and other high profile engagements
- Sales enablement: plan and conduct sales training & workshops for client-facing teams on empowering their clients to achieve better performance on TikTok Ads Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of experience in an integrated marketing, media or digital strategy role; ideally from an ad tech platform, digital or media agency, or from an advertiser's marketing team
- Previous experience managing and growing team members, delivering measurable impact as a team. As well as track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong acumen for writing (technical and/or copywriting) and visual storytelling, with an understanding and interest for how to bring strategic concepts to life through content and communication tactics
- Familiarity with performance marketing and commerce eco-system, being able to have thorough strategic conversations around marketing and creative tools. Proven industry thought leadership or impact in at least 1 of the verticals: Commerce, Media and Entertainment, Finance
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines while keeping a clear understanding of objective and strategy
- Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to stay agile and pivot based on business need and innovation opportunities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and eloquently present them
- Comfortable presenting ideas to senior leadership and clients, and speaking at industry events
- Ambitious personality who is open to learn and helping with any task
- Experience working in tech startup environments, Media Planning and/or product teams is a plus
