We are in search of an experienced performance marketing strategist to aid in the strategic planning, execution, and enhancement of our online marketing endeavours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools.
- Manage and maintain the organization's website and digital assets, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.
- Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints using strong analytical skills.
- Identify and leverage trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
- Research market trends, brand awareness, and competition.
- Produce engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Devise effective marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide analytics, insights, and improvement strategies for all digital channels and market trends.
- Explore innovative approaches to reach the target audience.
- Create and oversee paid media campaigns, including budget allocation and ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising platforms.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to improve Purchases, ROI, CPA, ROAS.
- Effectively manage projects, resources, and budgets, adhering to tight deadlines.
- Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties by the Management Team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, preferably in lifestyle or similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficient in social media ad campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Proficiency in creative content writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
