ALG is recruiting a **Senior Associate, Inside Sales** for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products.

This sales position will be responsible for supporting individual and company sales objectives by providing world class service to our customer base through exceptional responsiveness to customer inquiries, liaising with our product management team, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining existing and building new customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with peers and leadership to understand market pricing dynamics in an effort to capture sales
- Achieve sales and capture rate targets as set by management
- Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms
- Interacts with the customer prior to and after the sale to develop and maintain positive partner relationships.
- Provide AOG (Aircraft on Ground) component support

**Job Requirements**:

- Aviation surplus sales experience highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with little instruction and are intrinsically motivated.
- Provide responsive and exceptional customer support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
