The Product Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

**Job Purpose**:

- Ensure that the Deposits portfolio and transactional banking delivers to both customers' needs as well as the organization's goals. Manage the Deposits product governance, maintenance, landscape and audit

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and provide product support for all deposits transactional & payment related functions including incidents, sanction, fraud controls and product governance
- Campaign Management for Deposits and debit card
- Product Performance Analysis; including Local market competitors’ offering and performance
- Quarterly Reporting to Regulators, Regional and Global
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programs
- Ensure adherence to all local and global regulatory requirements
- Engage & provide support to to drive deposits, debit, payments growth with segments, branches, acquisition channels, marketing and decision management
- Customer Experience Management and complaints resolution
- Engage with IT, ebusiness, Ops and all relevant stakeholders for projects related to Deposits, Debit & payments capabilities. Work with Technology & Ops in conducting UAT for system enhancements
- Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are met
- Tracking of KPIs to measure project performance and reporting to stakeholders
- Manage customer experience and assist in any product related issue
- Undertake other projects and activities upon request

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualifications in finance, marketing or related fields preferred
- At least 3 years of banking experience in a relevant product/portfolio management, segment or marketing role
- Understanding of Singapore deposits market
- Experience working on multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in driving projects & governance reporting
