As a **Business Development Manager** at Flo Energy, you will be responsible for driving the company's investment strategy in renewable energy assets (primarily Solar Systems). You will identify potential investment opportunities and expand the portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy assets across Singapore. Flo Energy sources, invests in, and manages utility-scale renewable energy assets across the region. **What you will be doing**:
- Develop and execute on a sales strategy for renewable energy assets that includes identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts to secure new projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, collaborating with project developers to address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Manage the financial performance of the renewable energy assets, working with the Finance team to prepare and analyse financial reports and forecasts.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Flo Energy's renewable energy assets to potential customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure that all contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the renewable energy assets are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
- Provide input to the company's overall business plan and product roadmap, working closely with the Tech Team to ensure the business is supported by the right technology.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, attending conferences, networking events, and other industry events to build your knowledge and expand your professional network.
- Act as an ambassador for Flo Energy, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.
- Promote a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and accountability to build and maintain a strong team culture.

By carrying out these responsibilities, you will help drive the growth and success of Flo Energy's renewable energy assets and support the company's mission to switch as many people and businesses as possible to clean, renewable energy.

- A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, preferably in a management or leadership position.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of renewable energy assets, including wind, hydro, storage, and demand response.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and policies related to renewable energy.
- Demonstrated track record of successful business development, financial management, and operations management in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute on strategic plans to grow the business.
