Network Architect

**Primary responsibilities**
- Solution architecting and Prepare solution deliverables with SOW
- Engage & understand clients business challengers/requirements and translate them into solution proposal and articulate them into solution value proposition
- Act as SPOC from technology / solution perspective assigned set of clients including solution workshops across the networking and security
- Attend project kickoff and ensure smooth handover to project team
- Keeping technical partner certifications updated for self

**Secondary responsibilities**
- Offer technical consultancy and advices to customers
- Work with post-sales team to ensure solution is delivered as proposed
- Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors

**Pre-sales Activity**
- Lead client engagements and internal processes for complex projects solutioning
- Complete Presales activity, which included requirements gathering, solution presentation, solution architecture, proposal, bill of material and professional services preparation
- Competition analysis, demonstrating the technology and products if required, preparing the scope of work, and interacting with project teams providing guidance and technical inputs during the project handover/High Level Design
- Attend sales calls and deliver high quality, technical expertise in the pre-sales process to help close sales opportunities with the client and identify and analyze potential opportunities
- Must be able to define scope and lead Statement of Work (SOW) development, estimates and pricing for client proposals
- Provide technical expertise of the Cisco solutions and product offerings which include switches, routers, security, collaboration, Data Center, and licensing and bid activities as part of RFP / tender submission deliverables for the enterprise and public sector customers.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Takes full responsibility to ensure the infrastructure component strategy of complex, most critical components to meet the business requirements within the client’s budget (BQ)
- Contribute to the definition of infrastructure strategy and policy.
- Working with Project Delivery Service team for input and to understand and influence changes in architectures policies and strategy.

**Technical Skills**
- Minimally have Cisco Certification/Specialization: CCNP (Routing and Switching / Enterprise) or Security. CCIE Certified will be advantages (Completed written and LAB exams)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment and presales
- Expert proficiency in Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto and related to the cyber security
- Having experience the automation technology such as: Cisco ACI, Cisco DNAC/SDA, Cisco SDWAN, Cisco ISE/Aruba Clearpass, Aruba Central, etc
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in following areas:

- LAN, WAN, STP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, Multicast and IPv6.
- Data Center, Local load balancer, global load balancer, Network Virtualization, DCI, ACI, SDWAN, SDA, NFV, VMware and Cloud Networking solution.
- Wireless LAN technologies such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and wireless security.
- Network security solutions such as Firewall and Network Access Control
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Strong attention to detail
