**Roles & Responsibilities**

We have an exciting opportunity for 1 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team

This will be starting as a 12 month contract with the view to extend or go perm, fixed monthly salary, 15 days annual leave and health insurance available.

**Responsibilities**
- Requirements Gathering of functional requirements to pass to development and test teams.
- Configure and customize on standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports
- Complete the documentation required including the source codes, technical specification, and unit test result
- Support SIT, UAT, and production and fix the defect within the agreed SLA
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamic CRM / 365 CRM and CE

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years’ working experience with Dynamics CRM (365, 2016, 2015, 2013)
- 4+ years supporting CRM technology implementation projects, gathering and understanding business requirements, designing, and configuring forms, developing workflows, importing data into Dynamics CRM from external sources, and reports.
- Strong project experience translating client business needs into software capabilities.
- At least 3 years project experience creating functional designs, test conditions and test scripts.
- Dynamics CRM certification desired
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
