**Experience**:
**Skills**: The CRM Functional Consultant is expected to carry out full life-cycle implementations of CRM solutions.
- Functional requirement gathering and documentation

Conduct and facilitate workshops independently
- Project scoping and estimation
- Fit-Gap analysis

Prepare UAT test scripts and conduct UAT
- Post-live training and support

Prepare and assist in roll out planning, conduct roll out in phases and support users during the roll out
- Quality Assurance and Testing
- Presales Prototyping Configuration (Senior)
- Perform technical design based on requirement
- Perform coding to deliver new enhancements or fixing production problem
- Perform peer review / peer programming

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM projects for mid to large scale implementation / maintenance project. Experience working in the Singapore Public Sector projects is an advantage
- Having minimum of 4 year technical design and coding experience
