Roles & Responsibilities

**Primary Responsibilities and Oversight**:

- Member of the Middle and Back Office Operations team
- Day-to-day Middle and Back Office Operations
- Middle and Back Office Accounting Operations
- Assisting with the Financial Audit of Funds
- Primary point of contact for Level 1 support for allocated Fund Manager

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain full log of tasks and activities.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term goals and objectives
- Communicate regularly with Team Leader and Management regarding day to day matters
- Implement decisions made by the Team Leader and Management.

**Character traits**:

- Ability to take initiatives and manage allocated projects independently.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration between staff, clients, peers and service providers
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in an accurate and thorough manner
- Providing the appropriate service level to clients
- Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with Clients
- Knowledge of operational technology, best practices and procedures
- Proactive and hands-on
- Ability to work effectively in a climate of growth and change

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field PREFERRED
- 1 to 3 years’ relevant working experience deaing with Cryptocurrency
- Understanding and experience with the asset management indusry is pre-requisite.
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage clients

Good to have:
Knowledge of Broadridge Paladyne Portfolio Management System

Knowledge and understanding of general Financial Regulatory Requirements

Knowledge of Cayman Islands Fund Regulatory Requirements

Knowledge of CFTC and U.S. SEC Regulatory Requirements
