**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager (Operations) to help manage operational aspects related to Saleable, Gift-with-purchase (GWP), Sample, Tester, Collateral and to drive business growth.
- The Marketing Operations Analyst has high attention to detail, communicates well and is highly organized. He/She not only understands the business and the data, but is able to provide insight and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communication.

**Saleable Management: 40%**
- Work closely with Distribution Centre (Lachen) to check on stocks inventory, track out of stock (OOS) situations and help communicate with Commercial/Sales teams where needed.
- Manage stocks cut over (for products upgrades), stock returns, excess stocks with marketing/sales/commercial teams.
- Assist with the tracking of new launches performance including repromotion and cannibalization impact.
- Updates monthly dashboard and inventory tracking report.
- Product quality issue follow up.
- Update and maintain Product Assortment Matrix based on key changes, discontinuations, OCD changes, etc.

**Non-Saleables Management: 40%**
- Lead the forecasting and management of TR APAC region’s non-saleable, including GWP, samples, containers bags.
- Support Marketing Manager (Operations) in GWP and sample allocation for TR APAC region.
- Manage Promotions Reserve, ensure timely ordering and usage of collaterals. Re-allocate qty between region where needed.

**Order Management: 20%**
- Support Marketing Manager (Operations) to troubleshoot order/shipment issue and ensure smooth delivery of non-saleable and saleable to Region/Customers.

**REQUIREMENT**

**Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 years related experience
- Analytical, Meticulous, Good with numbers, System/Technical Savvy
- High proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience with statistical data analysis, Power BI, SAP is a plus
- Able to use the best visualization method to tell the data-driven story in the most effective way
- Understanding the FMCG/Beauty industry is a plus
