Job Description:
Connect Energy partners with an oil & gas EPC company to look for the Design Manager for Civil and Structural.

**Responsibilities**
- Review and check C&S design done by the team
- Interface with clients, contractors, vendors and government agencies to manage project related issues
- Ensure all C&S design works are carried out in accordance to job specification.
- Prepare schedule and manhours estimation to meet project's requirements
- Coordinate with other discipline to provide input on C&S work and ensure design is incorporated smoothly
- Prepare technical specification for C&S works and Technical Bid Evaluation
- Provide advice and assistant to construction activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Min. 20 years experience in design engineering role with at least last 10 years as Design Manager/ HOD position
- Familiar with STAADPRO, MAT3D, NAVIS WORKS, SMART PLANT REVIEW
- Proficient with American, British and Euro codes
- Experience in on shore refinery / petrochemical / terminals / jetty projects.
- Willing to base in western part of Singapore
