Senior Manager, Audit

**Purpose of Role**

The role leads the audit team in identifying and estimating energy savings opportunities contributing to the growth of Company. The audit manager will also work in close collaboration with Sales and senior stakeholders to further develop and expand the Audit team, and to ensure faster and more accurate energy audits across Southern and Northern Asia.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
**Contribute to business and project development**
- Assist with business development initiatives
- Lead and assist in the development of proposals and reports
- Coordinate with the Sales and the internal Operations team the audit schedules and plans, monitors resources and audit executions

Drive energy savings proposals with accurate estimation of Savings and Costing
- Lead audit for complex buildings, and identify energy efficiency opportunities in HVAC systems together with the Audit engineers.
- Identify the savings opportunities in Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Air Handling units to ensure the equipment operating close to design conditions.
- Identify the opportunities in terms optimum control and operations
- Independently build technically sound templates and perform accurate energy efficiency calculations to automate energy savings measurement and calculation
- Review and understand solutions created by others, identify shortcomings, suggest corrections
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of Audit reports produced by the team, assume responsibility for quality and accuracy of work.

**Manage the team and improve the Audit function**
- Lead, manage and oversee the audit engineering team
- Mentor and develop Audit engineers
- Build and improve energy efficiency models using industry standard software and adding value to the internal Company know-how
- Cooperate with senior stakeholders to improve Audit calculations through automation and digitalization
- Constantly improve the Audit process to ensure accuracy and speed across countries and markets

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**

1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field, Master Degree preferred

2. Specialist qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning and Energy Management will be an added advantage

3. Energy Management certification like BCA energy Auditor and QUESS are preferred.

**Competence/ Experience Required**

1. 10 years engineering experience with Energy Conservation including audit, implementation and Verification experience in developing and supporting performance-based projects and/or energy services.

2. Experience in controls and operation of HVAC systems.

3. Demonstrated proficiency with building simulation software

4. Experience in performing energy load profile analysis and the use of energy benchmarking and simulation tools

5. Experience in Operation and Maintenance, Testing and Commissioning of HVAC systems is highly desirable.

6. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel

7. Demonstrated ability to lead a team of direct reports, including establishing development plans, managing and tracking objectives and deliverables, and providing feedback

8. Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

9. Has the ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior leadership and customers

10. Ability to lead team of engineers and managers.

11. Able to work and manage time independently

12. Values teamwork and collaboration, build bridges across departments and countries

13. Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems is a plus

14. Able to travel locally (domestically or internationally)
