**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Design, develop and implement software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc
- Design P&ID diagram
- Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
- Write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
- Develop and maintai manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants
- Proven track record in leading a technical team in the successful delivery of projects
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to cooling, solar, and electric vehicle charging technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements
