Job scope
- Prepare management accounts on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for clients from various industries including balance sheet schedules and reconciliations. Working under minimum supervision is expected for senior associate/accounts executive.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and submission to IRAS with proper reconciliation to the accounts.
- Prepare XBRL format of financial statements for filing with ACRA.
- Assist in preparing unaudited financial statements, ad-hoc analysis, any client’s accounting work as assigned.
- Ensure proper filing and handle documents with care and diligence.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in accountancy or business disciplines or pursuing studies towards accountancy profession.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in managing full set of accounts and GST.
- Working experience using Sage or Xero accounting software, Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Possess positive working attitude, versatile to changes and willing to learn.
