
6 Months Customer Service Officer

This is a 6 months contract role and renewable up to 12 months.
The role is to undertake the club reception and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the club for all members and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
1. General administrative duties.
2. Attend to phone enquiries.
3. Handle feedback and/or liase with internal / external stakeholders.
4. Key support role between the Club’s daily operation and members’ request.
5. Resolve customers’ complaints.
6. Provide support for events and frontline operations.
7. Assist in SRC AGM / EOGM registration.
8. Perform any other assigned ad hoc duties and/or project work.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Higher Nitec/Nitec or O Levels
- Relevant working experience in a Club is preferred
- Meticulous team player with excellent time management and accuracy
- Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills, paying attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Knowledge of some basic accounting

Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
**Additional Notes**
Able to commence soon will be an advantage.
