
Corporate Secretarial Assistant

**Role**
The Corporate Secretarial Assistant report to the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department. The role is responsible for the daily operation and administration, providing overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Manager/Supervisor in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors.
- Prepare Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and managing filing deadlines of AGM and Annual Return documents and advise clients on compliance requirements.
- Assist in filing with ACRA and IRAS e-stamping.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence checks, following established company procedures.
- Update and maintain the statutory registers and clients’ records in Viewpoint.
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
**Job Requirements**

- Knowledge of ViewPoint, BizFile and XBRL will be an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 year’s corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry
- Minimum ITE/Diploma + Certification of specific major, or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications
