Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of multiple food stalls across different locations.
Manage procurement and inventory, especially of fresh ingredients specific to roasted meat cuisine.
Oversee centralized kitchen workflows including HACCP compliance and traditional roasting processes.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of kitchen and front-line staff.
Plan and implement cost control, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction strategies.
Ensure compliance with all SFA and NEA regulatory standards.
Monitor and report financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Collaborate with the founders and chef leads on menu R&D and seasonal campaigns.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in traditional Chinese roasted delights or similar F&B segments.
Demonstrated knowledge of Asian-style roast meat preparation and kitchen logistics.
Proven track record managing multi-unit operations across food courts or hawker-style environments.
Proficiency in Mandarin and regional dialects is essential to communicate with kitchen staff and suppliers.
Prior experience with cross-border supply chain management (e.g., sourcing specific spices/meat cuts).
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as per business needs.
Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
