**Job Descriptions**:

- To support the formulation and execution of the Global Corporate & Investment Banking strategy of the Bank for the APAC region
- To support regional and headquarters management by extracting data and creating periodical reports and presentation materials
- To assist in the planning and coordination of internal and external conferences and meetings
- To help manage internal control matters for APAC region in collaboration with other teams
- To learn about different product group and business lines across the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division
- To collaborate with various stakeholders from different teams and countries on strategic assignments
- To provide assistance on ad-hoc projects and tasks such as pitch book creation

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who is able to collaborate well with different stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Can-do attitude and ability to learn new topics quickly
- Self-starter, meticulous, resourceful and creative
- Keen eye for details**,** good organisation skills and desire to deliver top quality output
