**Data Management and Reporting**

**Project Description**:
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is central to Tote Board and the Group, with Tote Board taking the lead in coordinating the risk management efforts across the Group. Tote Board follows an ERM framework, which is aligned to its Vision and Mission, to allow management and stakeholders to identify and manage risks and turn them into opportunities for value creation.

The intern will be attached to the Strategic Planning & Finance (SP&F) Division and will gain a deeper understanding of ERM and Strategic Planning, along with the operational requirements to lead, manage and navigate an organisational function successfully.

The intern is to:
Primary
- Set up repository of risk-/planning-related data (e.g. key risk indicators, risk ratings, key performance indicators) to facilitate data collection, management and storage for data analysis, sharing and reporting
- Design templates to facilitate data collection across Tote Board and its subsidiaries
- Design report templates to facilitate reporting in a highly visual, intuitive and automated manner

Others
- Design risk
- and planning-related internal communication collaterals
- Conduct environment scan (i.e. identify and evaluate trends, opportunities and threats/risks) relevant to Tote Board and its subsidiaries
- Work on assigned tasks where required

**Project Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Facility with numbers, data and information, and ability to visualise
- Technical competence in Microsoft suite of programmes such as Excel, and familiarity with visualisation of data in other IT tools/programmes (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Resourceful problem solver
- Some experience in developing user interface to optimise user experience, while not essential, would be helpful
- Available for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Preferred profile of Interns : Year 2 or 3, Business, Computing or Business Analytics students

**Learning Outcome**:

- Experience and exposure to the business, roles and functions of Tote Board, Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club
- Opportunity to learn and understand organisational functions and processes in Enterprise Risk Management and Strategic Planning
