**Description**:

- To be overall in-charge of the management and control of individual Site team of Resident Technical Officer(s) and ensure that there is satisfactory supervision provided.
- To conduct safety audits and night shift site checks on Site Supervision Personnel so as to ensure welfare conditions, safety regulations and quality of works are complied with at all times
- To supervise the execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings, all other Contract Documents, site instruction, relevant BCA.
- To attend all site progress, technical, interface, variation, co-ordination meetings and any other meetings (as directed by Employer, Consultant, QP(s)), to write and to keep proper minutes of these meetings, relating to the Project and other duties as directed by the Consultant and SO Rep and/or QP(s)and/or SRE/RE from time to time.
- To verify all reports and claims submitted by the Main Reclamation Contractor
- To check on quality of materials (i.e., sand, etc.) delivered to the Project Site(s) and report to the Consultant and SO Rep and/or SRE/RE any materials that are not conforming to the Specifications

**Qualification**:

- The RTO must be accepted by BCA under the Building Control Act, and they shall possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS).
- For the proposed Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) for both **Land and Marine Works **, the minimum experiences are as follows:

- The RTOs shall have at least **(3)* years of site supervisory experience with minimum two (2) years in land reclamation, marine construction or coastal development related projects **, and accredited by IES/ACES as a RTO.
- For the proposed RTOs, he shall have adequate knowledge of the operation procedures for reclamation and/or marine related projects within Singapore Waters, particularly on dredgers, barges etc.
