**About the role**:

- Exercise due diligence and provide immediate full-time supervision according to the plans of building works approved under section 5 of the Building Control Act;
- Must comply with his/her statutory duties with regard to the supervision of works on site as stipulated in Building Control Act and Regulations; and
- Report to and work under the direction of Qualified Person for Supervision [QP(S)] and/or Resident Engineer.

**About you**:

- At least 3 years of site experience and/or experience in the supervision of Civil Engineering works.
- Experience in site work or site supervision relating to the construction of open cut excavation, seawall, revetments and construction of rip-rap will be an advantage but not essential.
- Possess Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering or CIDB’s NCCS training certificate and a registered Clerk-of-Works with BCA.
- Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as site Resident Technical Officer.
