Senior project managers play a pivotal role in the successful execution of large-scale reclamation projects and site activities.
">Project management involves overseeing multiple teams, including Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO), to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
">Collaboration is key in this position, requiring close working relationships with various stakeholders, such as the Project Management Team, Quality Professionals (QP), Contractors, and local Authorities.
">The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by relevant authorities, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in infrastructure, reclamation, or marine projects.
">Additionally, holding a membership with the Society of Project Management (Singapore) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Association of Project Managers (UK) is highly desirable.
">Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
">Applicants should also be well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite software and have experience working in similar roles within the industry.
