Singapore Business Federation (SBF) has been appointed as the Program Manager for WSG’s.

We are looking for a Programme Executive (Feedback) to process feedback matters in relation to the SGUP programme.
- Assist in enquires relating to Feedback cases under the SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme (SGUP).
- Administer and manage the processing of Feedback cases under SGUP.
- Collaborate with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and other SGUP teams to gather require information in the processing of Feedback cases.
- Conduct physical and virtual meetings/interviews with Host Organisations (HOs) and Individuals.
- Any duties as required for the SGUP Programme.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience
- Interest in performing investigative work and interacting with companies and individuals
- Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
- Have an eye for detail and be analytical
- Strong drive, proactive self-starter with a creative mind
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
- Results-oriented and good teamwork
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
