
Assistant Manager, Outlet Setup and Maintenance

We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager to join our Retail Network Excellence team.
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, the incumbent will work with various internal and external parties to ensure that site work for renovation and upgrading projects at the branches and retail outlets are timely completed.

**What You'll Do**
- You will manage, from inception to tender award stage of the renovation and upgrading projects of branches
- You will establish and maintain productive and effective relationships with Design and Construction professionals, vendors and regulatory authorities
- You will direct external consultants and vendors to develop and implement design concept
- You will oversee and manage design & material selection according to business plans
- You will communicate with design and construction teams to establish design criteria
- You will coordinate with designers, consultants and contractors on all aspects of project documentation and approvals required
- You will liaise and manage Internal Stakeholders (CP&C and CE) to incorporate the essential findings into the Design Guideline
- You will manage and ensure that the Design Guideline are updated and relevant
- You will evaluate all RFQ/Tender submission of vendors
- You will plan and establish project timeline for the implementation of outlet makeover
**Who You Are**
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree in in Architectural Design / Architectural Engineering or Design Practice
- You will need minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Design and Project Management with makeover component
- You should have experience in dealing with multi - discipline Consultants
- You should have experience in managing design and built implementation for international chained stores
- You should have the ability to read, analyse, interpret and evaluate proposals, architectural concepts and drawings, technical procedures, contracts, consultant proposals, or government regulations
- You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
- You should have the ability to manage a team of cross-functional experts and to address construction and renovation related issues in a timely manner
- You should have the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
