Assistant Outlet Manager/trainee

The **Assistant Outlet Manager **is co-responsible for the profitability of the outlet. He/She performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back office support and leads the team when the outlet manager is not on duty. He/She co-manages inventories, interacts with customers, wait staff and support employees to maximises revenue generation and enhance the customer experience. He/She co-oversees the recruitment, training and motivation of staff. He/She maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety in the dining area.
~ Co-Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
~ Co-Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
~ Assistant to give feedback on staff performance assessment process.
~ Suggest any innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit.
~ Assist to facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
~ Co-foster service innovation.
~ Co-Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships.
~ Co-Implement loss/risk prevention.
~ Co-Lead team to implement change.
~ Co-manage and implement business continuity plans.
~ Co-manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
~ Co-manage cost and quality controls.
~ Co-manage crisis situations.
~ Manage food & beverage operations.
~ Co-manage guest service.
~ Co-manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
~ Asist co-training, esp to new staff/colleague.
~ Co-managing the customer experience.
~ Co-assist to monitor income and expenses.
~ Suggest workforce for service excellence.
