**Payroll Specialist**

**Overview**:

- Estimated payroll headcount is about 700;
- Must be familiar and proficient with the HRMS - Unit Prosoft System;
- Workplace at Redhill.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including data input, calculations of wages, deduction and taxes;
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments;
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements;
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses;
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and payroll data with other HR and accounting systems;
- Stay updated on relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance;
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors as required;
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or enhancements;
- Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed;
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of payroll data and information.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, taxation, and labour laws/regulations in Singapore;
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy in data entry and calculations;
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels;
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll-related issues effectively;
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
