1. Managing overall process of check-in counter, arrival, departure, ramp, cargo etc.

2. Supervising ground handling companies to ensure compliance with company’s SOPs and service standard

3. Supervise and manage a team of 4 to 5 staff (operations and ticketing) to ensure efficient mending of counter operation and good customer service standard.

4. Preparation for internal and external audits. Ad hoc administrative work.

5. Provide and coordinate training and distributing documents to ground staff regards to operation SOP and safety regulation

6. Maintain, monitor and report on agreed key performance indicators (KPI's)

7. Resolve issues/conflicts in a timely manner

8. Manage relationships with key stakeholders (including airlines ops, ground handlers, other airports, and customer care teams) to ensure satisfactory communication and delivery of outcomes in line with targets and customer service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to multi-task, be detailed, hands-on and organized.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks and be responsive in meeting various operation requirements.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication (verbal and written).
- Good MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
