**Customer Support Executive**

**About the Company**

Our Client is a global leader in supply chain management solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a highly accountable, hands-on
**Customer Support Executive** to be the interface between external customers and internal stakeholders, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Implement new projects for customers and ensure that standard procedures are carried out smoothly;
- Liaise with customers and internal parties to resolve customer issues;Ensure that customer account is in optimal performance;
- Work with internal teams to investigate any issues and present methods for remediation;
- Prepare performance reports and identify areas for improvement;
- Support sales teams to achieve business objectives;
- Work closely in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements Diploma in any discipline, and prior experience in a similar field is an advantage;
- Ability to work well in a team and also independently with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent knowledge of logistics operations;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work well with others, particularly in cross-functional teams.
