**SUMMARY**

LionsBot is looking for a strong leader to oversee the team of sales coordinators. This role will drive internal efficiencies and coordination between different departments. Must be passionate about serving and supporting internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle internal and external coordination of operational sales backend support
- Supporting sales coordinators in their day-to-day scopes
- Be aware of ongoing export orders and ensure hiccups resolved
- Partner with sales team to service client accounts and fulfill project deliverables
- Process sales orders, arrange for freight forwarders and liaise with customers
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure deliveries are smooth
- Generate delivery orders and invoicing to our customers
- Strong follow-up to ensure customers make payments within credit terms

**Skills, Qualifications, Education Requirements and Etc.**
- Recognized Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in Sales Support
- Able to think strategically.
- Strong client facing and communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise deadlines well

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
