Responsible for end to end recruitment (Sourcing to onboarding)
- Update and maintain applicant tracking database
- Work with other recruiters and hiring managers

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree Science, Business, Human Resource, Engineering, etc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle of recruiting engineering professionals.
- Prior experience in recruitment firms, staffing, RPO or MRO industry would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of Singapore Employment Practices and/or South East Asia job market and requirements
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is an advantage
- Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends, with the capacity to keep pace with changes within technology profession.
- Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest innovative recruiting resources and techniques
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive, and negotiation skills
