**What the role is**
- The Corporate Communications and Engagement team develops and drives all strategic plans and initiatives related to HTA’s branding, corporate communications, corporate engagements and protocol matters. It is responsible for building up HTA’s corporate image, and projecting it as an effective and forward-looking organisation to both internal and external audiences. The job holder is responsible for planning and implementing corporate communications and relations, culture-building, and engagement activities in HTA.
**What you will be working on**
- 1. Devise and implement communications campaigns to enhance branding and corporate communications (including internal communications); a) Manage HTA’s key communication platforms e.g. Internet, Intranet, Electronic Direct Mailer broadcasts, and social media platform(s); b) Draft and publicise HTA and HTA-driven Home Team Training and Learning initiatives through various communications platforms; c) Produce communications collaterals to support HTA’s branding and communications plans; or engage vendors and work with them, where feasible; and d) Undertake photography or videography coverage for publicity efforts; or engage vendors and work with them, where applicable. 2. Support Corporate Communications and Engagement in staffing policy work related to branding, corporate communications, corporate relations and engagement matters; 3. Implement stakeholder engagement plans, to galvanise them to achieve HTA’s mission and to enhance the branding of the organisation; 4. Establish a good and strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, media partners and other Home Team Departments’ communications teams; and 5. Undertake secondary appointments, duties or projects as assigned by the immediate superior and Director CPTC.
**What we are looking for**
- 1) Relevant working experience in corporate communications would be an advantage; 2) Strong interest in multimedia communications trends; 3) Passion for working with people, with excellent interpersonal and listening skills; 4) Articulate, with strong journalistic writing and presentation skills; and 5) Able to manage projects and timelines concurrently.
