**Key Responsibilities** Project Management**
- Key project team player in ensuring timely submission of project deliverables to internal management and external stakeholders
- Provide support and financial advices on projects, including tracking and analyses of project performance and preparation of financial projections
- Liaise with external government agencies on project matters including reporting requirements
- Manage correspondences with external auditors on financial audits
- Observe contract terms and ensure compliance

**Financial Business Partner, Analysis and Reporting**
- Manage and oversee the functions of financial performance review and analysis, management reporting and costing for business units (“BUs”)
- Drive, prepare, track and analyse rolling forecast, annual budget and 5-year plan with BUs
- Partner BUs to track business developments and forward-looking estimates to project financial landing for action plan
- Prepare cash flow forecast and coordinate with treasury team on funding arrangements
- Co-ordinate with other finance functions to formulate, review and implement financial policies, procedures, internal controls and systems to support the execution of Group’s financial strategies
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records as part of financial review

**Others**
- Process / Review payment transactions and other accounting functions as and when required
- New system implementation
- Any ad-hoc assignments and projects

**Key Requirements** Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, preferably with 3-4 years working experience in related field
- Good knowledge of IFRS and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, knowledge of Navision is an added advantage.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- A keen eye for detail, strong problem solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently attitude, driven and passionate about work
