**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with portfolio managers to generate investment ideas through fundamental research and data-driven analysis.
- Develop and enhance analytical tools to support commodity market research and trading strategies.
- Model commodity-specific data and provide ad hoc analysis to address short-term market shifts.
- Stay informed on global market trends and insights to support strategic investment decisions.
- Contribute to portfolio development with the potential to grow into a portfolio manager role.

**Job Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in commodities analysis or trading, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of commodity market fundamentals, including supply, demand, and pricing dynamics.
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, and/or MATLAB for data modeling, statistical analysis, and tool development.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, economics, or a related field with an excellent academic track record.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while delivering precise, actionable insights.
