- UBS Neo is a global, cross-asset and cross-divisional platform that empowers UBS clients and staff tocreate, discover and consume investment capabilities across digital channels at UBS. UBS Neo has 2m+users on-boarded, 100+ apps and 700+ developer community
- The UBS Neo platform team is a group of dynamic, talented and diverse engineers, designers and product management professionals, specialising in client centric design and exciting web based technologies
- UBS Neo is part of the Digital Platforms unit of UBS Investment Bank

**Your expertise**
- Min 3+ years of professional experience in a product management role(s)
- Experience of Investment Banking industry is favourable
- Engineering and / or technical background is favourable
- Experience of working with clients and / or sales is favourable
- Experience of working for platform company is favourable
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Ability to adapt and network across a global organization
- Strong communicator to effectively engage internal colleagues across the firm and external partners
- Ability to analyze key themes and trends using data, to identify opportunities and measure your impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
- Demonstrable ability and experience in defining and executing on strategic and commercial vision
- Proactive and persistent approach to ensure end-product is commercially impactful
